Lafollette, TN April 9, 2009 – MIROBO LLC has successfully negotiated a settlement with the bonding company in order for construction to resume on roads and infrastructure at The Villages at Norris Lake. “It has been a long and exhausting couple of months and, with the help of the Campbell County Planning Commission, First Trust & Savings, The Villages HOA and lot owners, we are excited to announce that the vision that once was The Villages at Norris Lake will now become a reality,” said Boog Potter, partner at MIROBO. There is a ground breaking ceremony planned for May 15th, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. We hope to get all of the parties that were involved in successfully getting the project up and running to participate in the ceremony. There will be food and drinks as well as vehicles to give people tours of the community. Everyone in the community is invited to come out and participate. “We always believed in the beauty of the land, now we can work towards creating that sense of community that we all believed in as well,” said Mike Martinez, partner at MIROBO.
The Villages at Norris Lake is a lake front property and marina development on six hundred and fifteen acres on Norris Lake in Campbell County, TN. MIROBO LLC (Emerson Properties’ largest shareholder) is a management and development company based out of Knoxville, TN with offices in Caryville, TN. MIROBO currently manages The Willows Communities on Norris Lake which includes The Willows at Twin Cove, The Willows at Stardust and Mountain Lake RV Resort and Marina. Additionally, MIROBO has been given the right to pursue a permit to be the Marina Operator at The Villages.
