A Special Request from Mike Martinez:
1- To help the call move faster while giving people a platform to voice their questions, please submit any questions you have pertaining to the development or your specific lot to mmartinez@mirobollc.com by Thursday at 5:00 PM EST. On Friday the 6th, I will sort through all the questions and be prepared to answer the most common ones at the meeting on Saturday. Any specific questions you have about your situation or lot, I will handle the following week on a one on one basis so please include your contact information.
2- For owners attending the meeting in person, please send me an email with the number attending so we can plan for refreshments and seating.
3- We will publish minutes of this meeting next week.
Conference Call Guidelines:
1- Upon being admitted to the call, please mute your phone by touching *6. To ask a question, simply un-mute by touching *6, state your name and ask your question then re-mute. Muting your phone is vital to eliminate background noise so that all callers can listen without interruption. Cell, wireless and speaker phones are notorious for causing static, echo and background noise, so please use a land line if you can.
2- If you dial in and experience a difficult connection, hang up and redial in.
3- If you are calling from a phone which has music on hold, PLEASE DON'T PUT US ON HOLD!
4- Jeanette Jones with AIM Services will be at the meeting and can receive questions via email at

5- There will be a Volunteer Committee member at the meeting who will make sure that people calling in can hear the questions being asked at the on-site meeting and to make sure that background conversations are kept to a minimum.
6- If we should experience an outage of the call in line for more than 5 minutes we will move to a back-up dial in number and code. The back up dial in number is: , the access code is:
